Sue Randall has been appointed as Director of Product Management TNG at HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems
HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems are delighted to announce the appointment of Sue Randall to the position of Director of Product Management TNG.
Sue has 16 years of experience managing the spa and guest activities software product for Canyon Ranch's multiple properties and cruise ships, working directly with the development team to drive product requirements and enhancements.
Prior to Canyon Ranch, she spent more than 5 years in the North American luxury spa space, installing spa and retail software at such properties as Ritz-Carlton, Pinehurst and Kohler Waters Spa.
In her new role, Sue will have a global responsibility for our TNG solution portfolio. She will look after the overall roadmap and positioning of TNG including strategic alignment to the market and our customers. With Sue's expertisein the resort, spa and wellness industry she will not just infuse new ideas and innovation but also help to expand our market coverage in the various segments.
