Michael Fischer has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer at Radisson Hotel Group Americas
Radisson Hotel Group Americas today announced the appointment of Michael Fischer, Chief Human Resources Officer.
This newly appointed leader will join Radisson Hotel Group Americas' Executive Committee.
Fischer will lead all aspects of Human Resources to grow Radisson Hotel Group Americas' inclusive culture, talent development, employee engagement, and sustainability efforts.
Prior to joining Radisson Hotel Group, Fischer served as Chief Human Resources Officer for White Lodging, one of the leading hotel ownership, development, and management companies in America. In this role, he was responsible for all areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, culture development and engagement, total rewards, training and development, talent management, and succession planning. Fischer also served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Loews Hotels, and in roles of increasing responsibility at the property level and above in Human Resources for Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
