A graduate of Culinary Institute of America '06, Chef Jeffrey Hunter was born in Seoul, South Korea, but spent most of his youth in Montana. With over 15 years of culinary experience in Montana, Chicago and Seattle, Chef Jeffrey is a proud pre-opening member of Lotte Hotel Seattle, joining us with a breadth of experience from Seattle's beloved restaurants such as Canlis, The Fairmont Olympic and a Relais & Châteaux in Montana.
