The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville, is pleased to announce the appointment of Pilar Ortiz as director of people and culture. With experience at globally recognized establishments across the world, the hospitality industry veteran reinforce the new hotel as the premier luxury destination in Nashville.
Pilar Ortiz joins the hotel with more than twenty years of experience in hospitality, human resources, recruitment, and project leadership. In her new position as director of people and culture, Ortiz oversees all aspects of the hotel's people and culture division, including employee relations, career development and staff trainings.
Prior to her role at The Joseph Nashville, Ortiz served as the director of people and culture at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and Four Seasons Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo and as the director of human resources at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City.
