Samuel Ballard has been appointed as Residence Manager at Citadines Islington London
Samuel Ballard has been appointed Residence Manager of Citadines Islington London, part of The Ascott Limited (Ascott) and the newest addition to the Citadines Apart'hotel portfolio in London. Samuel will oversee the 108-apartment serviced residence located in London's exciting new Islington Square neighbourhood.
Originally from Australia, Samuel brings over 14 years' experience in the hospitality industry in both front line and managerial roles, where he has led high performing teams in hotels in London and Australia. Samuel has been working at The Ascott Limited since 2017 and has experience in developing new processes through training and key skills in cost analysis, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Prior to his appointment, Samuel worked at Ascott's The Cavendish London hotel as Front of House Manager and Operations Manager. Samuel also worked at Club Tropical Resort Darwin, Rydges Melbourne, and Crown Metropol Perth.
