BEI San Francisco, Trademark Collection by Wyndham announces the appointment of Craig Waterman as General Manager of the 396-room contemporary lifestyle hotel located within minutes of iconic San Francisco neighborhoods such as Hayes Valley, Union Square and the Financial District. In his new role, Waterman is responsible for day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and helping in the development of creative programming and the rebuilding of group business.

Waterman comes to BEI San Francisco from Hyatt Hotels Corporation where he held a seven-year tenure, most recently serving as Managing Director of the former Parker New York (now Thompson Central Park New York). Under the former Two Roads Hospitality lifestyle brand, he held the roles of Vice President Openings & Transitions, overseeing hotels in the California, Arizona and Hawaii markets as well as Regional Director of Operations & General Manager of Hotel Kabuki in San Francisco's Japantown. His decades of hotel management experience span all aspects of hotel & resort operations, sales & marketing, renovations, openings and transitions for brands including Morgans Hotel Group, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
