Jennifer Caldwell has been appointed as Director of Group Sales at Sheraton Dallas
Sheraton Dallas welcomes Jennifer Caldwell as the new Director of Group Sales. Caldwell began her career with Marriott 21 years ago and joins Sheraton Dallas from her previous position as Associate Director of Sales at Marriott Rivercenter & Riverwalk, where she led key members of the sales team and managed the Texas citywide market.
As the Director of Group Sales at Sheraton Dallas, Caldwell will be responsible for leading the p roperty's group sales efforts and building long-term, value-based customer relationships that align with and achieve booking and sales objectives.
Caldwell was recently awarded with accolades of Above Property Sales Leader of the Year in 2019 and Above Property Sales Team of the Year in 2019. She has a deep understanding of the hospitality industry after working in sales and revenue management departments across Texas.
