Giampaolo Scarfi has been named Director of Food & Beverage at Days Hotel by Wyndham Deira
Scarfi, an Italian national, will direct the F&B teams towards strong financial returns in his department. He will also be entrusted with boosting his venues' visibility in the market while keeping costs under control.
Just this week, Days Hotel by Wyndham Deira has announced the opening of its new F&B outlets. These include Il Pomodoro, an authentic Italian restaurant and Esperia, a rooftop bistro and lounge serving Mediterranean flavours.
Scarfi has 20 years of experience under his belt and has worked for the likes of Barcelo, Hilton, Marriott and others, all in similar capacities. The nearby Wyndham Dubai Deira is also falling under his remit.
