Kellie Ann Cahill, CMP has been named Complex Commercial Director at Conrad New York Midtown. The 562-room property, consisting mostly of suites, is part of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, one of Hilton's three distinct global luxury hotel brands.
Cahill, a certified meetings professional, will lead the commercial sales, events, revenue, and marketing teams at the luxury hotel with a strategic approach to generate business within the entertainment, business, and international leisure segments; all while supporting the property's mission to provide outstanding service to guests. This is a complex role for Cahill which also includes her oversight of these responsibilities at the 1,878-room New York Hilton Midtown as well.
Located at 151 W 54th Street, Conrad New York Midtown is managed by Hilton Management Services. Prior to this complex position, Cahill was most recently the Commercial director of New York Hilton Midtown. Appointed to this newly created position in July 2019, Cahill oversees all commercial areas of the hotel's business including events, catering, international sales, and marketing. She also works alongside the executive committee and senior leadership group to continue to drive top-line revenue for the hotel. Her new expanded role will include these similar responsibilities for Conrad New York Midtown as she now oversees both properties.
Cahill graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Hospitality Administration and Management. She is an avid fan of flower arranging, cooking, music, travel, and spending time with her husband and two kids. In addition to exploring destinations all over the globe, Cahill has been an active member of Meeting Professionals International assuming the role of President for the New Jersey Chapter in 2022-2023.
