Huy Tran has been appointed as Executive Chef at Intercontinental Nha Trang
Chef Huy started his career in the hospitality industry as a pastry chef about 10 years ago. With his ability and relentless efforts, in 2014 he held the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Centara Ressort in Da Nang.
Not only stopping at his expertise as a bakery, Chef Huy continues to develop and learn other culinary skills, which has helped him gradually rise to higher positions such as Chef De Cuisine in the coming years.
In July 2019, chef Huy joined Intercontinental Nha Trang as Chef De Cuisine. With the achievements achieved in 2 years with Intercontinental Nha Trang, on November 3, 2021, Mr. Philip Beriman - Intercontinental Nha Trang General Manager handed over the promotion decision to Chef Huy to the position of Executive Chef.
With this new role, Chef Huy will be in charge of the entire culinary department of the hotel, along with the task of developing unique products, developing staff and maintaining the quality of F&B products at Intercontinental Nha Trang.
