Adam Heffron has been appointed as General Manager at Conrad Los Angeles
Adam Heffron has been named as the general manager of the new luxurious 305-room Conrad Los Angeles, scheduled to open in spring 2022 as Conrad Hotels & Resorts' first hotel in California and part of The Grand LA, Los Angeles' newest dynamic destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. A hospitality veteran with over 20 years of experience, Heffron joins Conrad Los Angeles from the award-winning Waldorf Astoria Park City in Utah, where he served as general manager since 2019.
In his new position at the design-forward Conrad Los Angeles, Heffron plays a pivotal role in redefining the luxury hospitality experience in downtown Los Angeles with the new hotel's highly-anticipated opening and suite of offerings. In addition to driving plans for a spring 2022 opening, he is responsible for all aspects of the 28-story hotel operations, including delivering on Conrad Hotels & Resorts' commitment to exceptional and passionate service and creating memorable experiences for all those who enter the property's doors next year.
Prior to his previous role at the luxury ski resort, Waldorf Astoria Park City, Heffron held the position of hotel manager at the award-winning and luxurious Conrad New York Downtown, as well as a variety of senior leadership roles at Hilton hotels across the Americas over the past ten years.
Heffron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Towson University and a Certificate in Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
