A results-driven and people-oriented leader, Arun Vishnu has over 15 years of experience across luxury brands in the domestic and international market, inculcating an intrinsic knowledge of the intricacies of varied cultures. His dynamism, dedication complemented with a hands-on approach, and strategic acumen has resulted in exceptional guest appreciation metrics along with building enthusiastic and high-performing teams. Beginning as a Corporate Leadership Trainee in 2006, Arun Vishnu scaled a growth graph with a 9-year career in hotels in Hyatt Corporation leading the front office department at Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa and Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences by 2013.

Thereafter, he evolved to leadership roles across luxury hotels under the Marriott International portfolio such as JW Marquis Hotel Dubai, opening countdown team of the JW Marriott Maldives Resort and Spa to his previous role as the Hotel Manager of The Westin Desaru Coast Resort, Malaysia.
