Vincent McGrath has been appointed as Hotel Manager at The Dorchester
The Dorchester hotel in London has appointed Vincent McGrath as hotel manager.
Vincent will oversee the day to day operations of the hotel and support The Dorchester's extensive renovation which is scheduled to commence in February 2022.
Vincent returns to the UK following his tenure as Area General Manager for Caesars Palace at Bluewaters Dubai since 2016.
Prior to his time in Dubai, Vincent was director of operations for The Savoy hotel in London for eight years during which time the hotel underwent a significant restoration.
Vincent has also held several roles with Four Seasons at both their London and Hampshire properties, and worked at The Dorchester between 1996 and 2000 as Deputy Director of Food and Beverage.
Vincent McGrath succeeds Mirko Cattini, who has been appointed as General Manager of Dorchester Collection's Hotel Eden in Rome.
