Courtney Conching has been named Director of Sales and Area Director of Group Sales at Highgate Hawaii

Courtney Conching has been promoted to director of sales at 'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and area director of group sales for Highgate Hawaii. In her new role, she will lead sales efforts and implement strategies to maximize revenue and overall profit. For the past two years, Conching served as the area director of group sales for Highgate Hawaii, where she oversaw sales for all seven Highgate Hawaii properties. Conching has over 12 years of hospitality experience and has held positions with Starwood Waikiki Complex, Hilton and Marriott International.
