Francois Poletti has been appointed as General Manager at Vana Belle, a Luxury Collection Resort
A French national, Francois spent his childhood on the island of Corsica and graduated in hospitality management from Lycée Hôtelier Paul Augier.
Francois' career in luxury hospitality was honed through working with three different Relais & Chateaux properties in St Barth, French Polynesia, and Phuket, the latter advancing his career to the position of F&B Director at The Pavilions, Phuket.
Francois joined Marriott International in 2013 as Director of F&B at the Renaissance Tlemcen, Algeria. Then, in 2016, he joined the pre-opening team as Director of Operations at the Phuket Marriott Resort and Spa, Nai Yang Beach, his most recent position prior to joining Vana Belle.
