Manish Law has been appointed as Director of Culinary at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi
Manish Law has joined Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi as director of culinary. In his new role he will be strategising the culinary offering at the Abu Dhabi property.
Law is no stranger to the UAE and has more than 24 years of F&B management experience, having worked in South East Asia, the Indian subcontinent, the Middle East and Africa.
He has held key positions as executive chef with InterContinental Abu Dhabi, Kuwait Hotels Company, The Oberoi, Taj Group of Hotels, Sheraton, Pan Pacific, Southern Sun and Safir International Hotels & Resorts, where he was corporate chef for the group's portfolio of hotels in the MENA region.
Law also made his mark as a successful TV host of popular shows such as 'Low Cal Show' on Zee TV, South Africa's - Eastern Mosaic, TV 5 and other cookery channels on Egyptian Nile TV.
The new director has a masters in hospitality management from Cornell University and graduated in hotel management from The Oberoi School of Hotel Management. He is a member of the Chaine des Rotisseu and WACS society and has presided as International Culinary Judge for various Salon Culinaire events in UAE, Kuwait and Sri Lanka.
