Ksenia Novikova has been appointed as Hotel Manager at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa
The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa has a new hotel manager. Ksenia Novikova joins the golf course property in her first hotel manager position.
Novikova has worked in hospitality for over a decade, starting out with Starwood in 2010 and scooping up a Hotelier Middle East award in 2014. At that time, she was in her final year as F&B venues manager at The St. Regis Doha.
Her latest role in the UAE capital marks her first operational role and shift away from food and beverage. In her new capacity, Novikova will guide the strategy and vision for the property; she will oversee the hotel's operations with 173 rooms, six restaurants and bars, a spa, and the ongoing renovation of the hotel.
She then moved to Beijing as director of restaurants The Ritz-Carlton, moving up to assistant director of F&B a year later before moving to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai as director of F&B and serving as a pre-opening trainer across The Shanghai EDITION, The Times Square EDITION and The Ritz Carlton Xian.
In 2019, she moved to Moscow as EAM F&B for The Ritz-Carlton again.
