Valley Forge Casino Resort announced that Sybil Davis has been named Director of Sales at the full-amenity gaming and entertainment resort.

Sybil brings with her exceptional business acumen and expertise in successfully selling complex products in a highly competitive market. She is equipped with skills in consultative selling, strategic business planning and account management, has experience launching new products, and has worked in both corporate and non-profit settings.

Davis has a proven track record of selling consistently and exceeding sales goals. Prior to joining the Valley Forge Casino Resort team, Davis served in various roles in hospitality with Gaylord Hotels, Marriott Hotels and the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau. In addition, she has served as Consultant and Project Manager with Tourism Diversity Matters, where she developed and facilitated diversity, equity and inclusion projects for clients throughout the United States. She is accustomed to maximizing revenues for organizations and generating millions in sales growth.

Davis holds a Bachelor's degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and has earned the title of Certified Diversity Executive, designed to empower executives to advance the organizations they lead beyond diverse representation towards thought leadership. Alongside professional work and relevant credentials, Davis is an active member of her community, with notable roles and commitments to various organizations within the greater Philadelphia area including Vice President of Public Relations of Valley Forge Toasters, Run Coach & Diversity Leader of Girls on the Run in Montgomery County, PA, Vice President of SKAL Philadelphia, and Board Member of the Independence Business Alliance, Greater Philadelphia's LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.
