Andrew Vieria has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Paramount Hotel Dubai

Paramount Hotel Dubai has brought in a fresh F&B director (known as executive producer of F&B in the Hollywood-inspired property). Andrew Vieria will head up eight F&B outlets, focusing on further establishing the property as a premium F&B destination.

Restaurants under him include coffee shop Craft Table, Pacific Groove Restaurant, all-day dining outlet The Stage, speakeasy bar Flashback, the Malibu pool deck, The Cheat chocolate lab and L café.

In 2005, Vieria was an outlet manager at Madinat Jumeirah, in charge of Bar Zar. He later stepped in as outlet manager for The Wharf restaurant. From 2011 to 2014, he was director of F&B for The Address Dubai Marina, where he oversaw the renovation of the pool bar and led more than 160 staff.

From 2014 to 2018 he was food and beverage manager for Meydan Hotels and Hospitality; later moving to Deutsche Hospitality at The Steigenberger Dubai hotel (now Pullman Dubai Downtown) as F&B director.
