Bill has spent almost 25 years in the technology sector as a finance executive with a variety of publicly-traded and privately-held companies.
Smith most recently was Chief Financial Officer of Investment Metrics, a leading SaaS provider of data and analytics solutions to the investment management industry. Prior to that, Bill was Chief Financial Officer of a variety of other SaaS and consumer technology companies such as Booker Software, Antenna Software, and Kayak Software.
