Ewan Taylor has been appointed as General Manager at Shinta Mani Angkor and Bensley Collection Pool Villas

Born in Cape Town South Africa, Ewan has over 13 years of experience working in the hospitality industry.

After studying at the prestigious Glion Institute of Hospitality Management in Switzerland, he moved to Sri Lanka in 2009 and has since worked for a variety of hotels throughout Southeast Asia.

Ewans' most recent role prior to joining Shinta Mani Angkor and Bensley Collection Pool Villas Siem Reap was as pre-opening General Manager for the Jati Island Resort in Phnom Penh, which is scheduled to open later this year and is also managed by HMD Asia.

Ewan has also worked in different positions for the Galle Fort Hotel in Sri Lanka, Seven Terraces Hotel in Penang Malaysia, Villa Samadhi in Kuala Lumpur, X2 Chiang Mai Riverside Resort Chiang Mai Thailand and the Villa Samadhi Singapore & Tamarind Hill Restaurant.
