Marcos Flores has been appointed as Executive Chef at Hilton Aventura Miami

Hilton Aventura Miami, the latest luxury property to adorn the Aventura skyline, centrally-located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale, is proud to announce a new Executive Chef in 20-year industry veteran, Marcos Flores. Hailing from Fort Lauderdale Marriott North, where he served as Executive Chef, and with previous roles at Le Meridien by Marriott in Dania Beach and the Westin Diplomat in Hollywood, Chef Flores is no stranger to large-scale projects nor South Florida.

Prior to joining Hilton Aventura Miami, Chef Flores served as Executive Chef at Fort Lauderdale Marriott North, where he directed and organized operations at all of the property's venues. In addition to his South Florida experience, Chef Flores has led projects throughout the country, including a role as Executive Chef and General Manager at FARE GROUND, a favored food hall in downtown Austin and Director of Outlets for more than 11 venues inside the Latinicity Food Hall in Downtown Chicago. Known for adding a distinctive flare to every dish and menu he envisions, Flores plans to continue elevating the already impassioned cuisine provided by Hilton Aventura Miami's signature restaurant and events kitchen - ensuring the hotel continues to rise as a top culinary-minded offering to South Florida and beyond.
