Giancarlo Goeta has been appointed as Commercial Director at Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya & Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort

As Commercial Director for both hotels, Giancarlo Goeta is responsible for sales performance metrics and works closely with the entire Hilton Worldwide Sales engine teams to identify new opportunities and target customers. Working to drive awareness for the company's newest ventures in Tulum and in the all-inclusive space with key consumer audiences, Goeta will secure visibility in Mexico and throughout the international market.

For the past decade, Goeta has held the position of Regional Director of Sales and Marketing with Hilton for the Caribbean and Latin America. In this role, he oversees the region's newly created resorts in the Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio, providing key hotel support for properties' pre-opening and ramp-up processes.

His impressive industry background spans over 30 years and encompasses every aspect of hotel and business operations. Goeta has been a part of Hilton since the beginning of his career, where he first started out as a Front Office Clerk and quickly rose to Director of Sales and Marketing, overseeing multiple Hilton properties such as Hilton Margarita & Suites, Hilton Curacao and Hilton Santo Domingo; honing his skills directing commercial efforts for property pre-openings, managing deployment strategies, and developing go-to market plans to capitalize revenue opportunities. In 2007, Goeta took on the U.S. market, rising to Regional Director of Leisure Sales in Miami, FL, before coming into his regional role in 2012.
