Jennifer Hiblum has been appointed as General Manager at Arlo Wynwood

Arlo Hotels, an independent, experience-driven hotel brand with locations in New York City and Miami, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Hiblum as general manager of Arlo Wynwood. The property, which will debut this fall, marks the first hotel project in Miami's vibrant arts district. Hiblum will play an integral role in establishing Arlo's new flagship property, leading day-to-day operations and cultivating deep community ties to reimagine Arlo's "come as you are" ethos for the Wynwood neighborhood.

Hiblum is a multifaceted hotelier who comes to Arlo with more than 20 years of experience working in boutique lifestyle hotels. A New Yorker by nature, Jennifer worked in the competitive northeast market for nearly 15 years, where she honed her skills as a proven, high-level operator and developed a passion for personalized guest service. She has held general manager positions at leading New York City hospitality brands including Viceroy Hotels & Resorts and Sixty Hotels. After moving to Miami in 2019, Hiblum took on the role of General Manager for Residences by Armani Casa, where she led all back-of-house and resident-facing operations for the leading luxury brand.

In this role, Hiblum is responsible for hotel management, communications, partnership with food and beverage, and department oversight for Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping & Security to ensure the highest levels of guest service. She is also charged with implementing strategies to maximize revenue and appropriately enhance all hotel assets.
