Sami Matta has been appointed as Multi-Outlet General Manager at 25hours Hotel One Central
25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai has brought in a fresh leader to head up its restaurant division. Sami Matta joins the hotel as multi-outlet general manager, leveraging 15 years of experience to oversee the hotel's outlets.
In 2011, Matta joined the Lebanese culinary institution, Restaurant L'Os as a group managing partner. Here, he implemented new strategies, reshuffled the organisation, developed the brand equity and image and inaugurated two additional outlets, overseeing a total of three different outlets across Lebanon.
A decade on, Matta headed for the emirate to work at Cleo within Hyde Hotel Dubai - a hotel under the same Ennismore umbrella as 25hours. Now with 25hours Hotel One Central, he looks after Monkey Bar, along with an upcoming two additional outlets.
