Craig Robertson has been appointed as Executive Chef at The Langham Gold Coast and Jewel Residences

Raring and ready to elevate the Gold Coast culinary scene, Robertson will guide The Langham's expert Food and Beverage team in bringing the Langham Hospitality Group's global reputation for luxury culinary experiences to life in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

With over 35 years' industry experience and 20 years' as an Executive Chef leading large-scale teams in luxury hotel environments, Robertson will bring his wealth of experience to the exciting challenge of launching a Langham legacy in Queensland.

Robertson joins from his most recent role as Executive Chef at InterContinental Hayman Island Resort where he led the Culinary Operations across multiple outlets with diverse, international cuisines in both dining and conference and events.

Prior to relocating to the Island, he led significant menu redesigns for Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley which played a large role in the hotel's award for Best Regional Conference and Catering Centre in New South Wales, and restaurant Red Salt's first Chefs Hat for an IHG Property in Australia.
