Nicholas Davies has been appointed Executive Chef at The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City

Executive Chef Nicholas Davies joins The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City from Snowbasin Resort, part of Grand America Hotel and Resorts, in Huntsville, Utah. In his new role, Chef Davies helms The Yarrow's two culinary outelts, 1800 Park and Vertical Lounge, where he is charged with menu and concept development and implementation, inventory and cost control, procurement strategy with major suppliers, and coordination with clients on weddings and events. Prior to his time in Utah, Chef Davies served as Executive Chef at Village Station at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho.
