Jazz Moralez has been appointed as the Beverage Manager at the reimagined Finch & Fork at the iconic Kimpton Canary Hotel in Santa Barbara. A fifth generation Santa Barbara native and restaurant industry veteran for over 10 years, Moralez holds a Level 1 Sommelier Court of Masters Sommeliers Certification. She finds inspiration from her travels throughout Europe as a Flamenco dancer, as well as her family's experience hosting foreign exchange students, which sparked her interest i n international culture, with a special interest in food and wine.
At Finch & Fork, Moralez is passionate about bringing to life the stories of the local farms, winemakers, and distillers with her wine selections and libations alongside Chef Riker's menu. She is an expert at creating well-balanced drinks with subtle complexities that attract and satisfy both the experienced and novice imbibers. Moralez lives in Santa Barbara with her partner Emiliano and her beloved rescue dogs Buck & Bubbles.
