Najib Nasser has been appointed as Cluster General Manager at IHG
IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Najib Nasser as Cluster General Manager for the five IHG hotels in Kuwait. A hospitality veteran, Najib brings with him over 25 years of experience and will oversee the operations of Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn Kuwait Al Thuraya City, Holiday Inn Kuwait and Holiday Inn & Suites Kuwait Salmiya, as well as the first InterContinental in Kuwait, InterContinental Kuwait Al Thuraya City, slated to open in 2024.
In his new role, Najib Nasser will lead the team to achieve strategic growth and revenue across all properties. He will also bring IHG's vision and measures under 'Journey to Tomorrow' in action for all five hotels across three brands. Acknowledged for his business acumen, people-oriented management style, and attention to details, Najib began his hospitality journey with IHG in 2012 as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing moving into regional positions as Director of Regional Sales, Director of Franchise & Performance ME&I and most recently, as General Manager of Crowne Plaza Doha West Bay.
Najib Nasser graduated with a degree in Hotel Management from Boston University. He is married with two kids.
