Mike Brustad has been appointed as Executive Chef at Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis
Following 26 years of executive chef experience around Minnesota, Mike Brustad joins the Hyatt Centric Downtown Minneapolis team as Executive Chef of SIX 15 Bar + Lounge. Brustad will be at the helm of SIX15 Bar + Lounge's menu, using fresh ingredients to create locally inspired cuisine for Hyatt Centric guests, tourists, and locals alike.
Before accepting this role, Brustad held similar executive chef positions at assisted living facilities, local bars, and restaurants like First Avenues, Depot Tavern, and Bar Zia. He grew his track record of kitchen management and wealth of culinary knowledge working in fine dining, stadiums, colleges, and local landmarks like the Lexington Restaurant in St. Paul, MN.
