Yousef Haddad has been promoted to Hotel Operations Manager at Aloft Abu Dhabi
Marriott stalwart Yousef Haddad has once again been promoted at Aloft Abu Dhabi hotel. Haddad has worked with the hotel since 2009, now moving up to the position of hotel operations manager.
He first joined the hotel as a remix talent coach and progressed to assistant front office manager in 2012, front office manager in 2014, and rooms operations manager in 2019. As operations manager, he manages guest relations, rooms and housekeeping operations.
In his most senior role to date, he also leads rooms operations, as well as an overseeing role within F&B, catering, engineering, EHS and security. He now is also entrusted with leading innovation, generating top-line revenue, ensuring a healthy profit for all stakeholders, and taking care of the staff and guests.
