Patrick Baptist has been promoted to General Manager at Aloft Abu Dhabi
Baptist became GM of the hotel in June 2022. Starting his journey with Marriott International as hotel manager for Aloft Abu Dhabi in 2019, Baptist has elevated the hotel's performance exponentially in all regards throughout the years, by improving guest service operations scores and positioning the hotel practices that are guest-centric, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
He will continue bringing the brand 'Aloft hotels' to life with innovative ideas to showcase brand passion points throughout the hotel. One plan is to introduce a Kosher kitchen that is (OU) certified, making Aloft Abu Dhabi a pioneer in the capital by providing Kosher catering services to Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Throughout his time at Aloft, Baptist has changed many aspects of the guest journey experience including enhancing the F&B at the hotel by transforming the restaurants into destination dining venues.
