Vinil Wilson has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa
The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort and Spa has appointed Vinil Wilson as director of the food and beverage department.
Wilson was previously F&B manager at Hyatt Regency Al Kout Mall in Kuwait, overseeing the entire food and beverage operations.
Wilson brings more than 12 years of experience working across top hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels and Jumeirah Group, at properties including St. Regis Doha, Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi and Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
In his new capacity, Wilson is responsible for the F&B operations across six restaurants and bars, as well as the meeting and events space at the golf resort property. He is also responsible for identifying new business opportunities and streamlining resources to maximise performance and quality standards.
