Danielle Boyles has been appointed as Commercial Director at Hotel del Coronado, part of Curio Collection by Hilton
The iconic Hotel del Coronado, part of Curio Collection by Hilton, today announced the appointment of Danielle Boyles to the newly-created position of Commercial Director. In this role, Boyles will maintain strategic commercial leadership of various hotel teams including sales and marketing, catering and events, revenue management, membership and more, responsible for revenue performance and growth. She will tackle complex revenue streams to decipher various best practices and implement strategies both across the board and within each department, which will help unify internal teams and continue to elevate the resort experience.
Boyles comes to The Del with a breadth of impressive hospitality experience and an illustrious resume spotlighting leadership roles at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt, ConferenceDirect and HelmsBriscoe. Most recently, Boyles served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Grand Hyatt Vail, during which she focused on post-pandemic property repositioning, rebuilding the sales and marketing teams, creating innovative programming and executing special events to establish Hyatt's newest resort in the Vail Valley. Prior to that, Boyles opened the largest hotel in the Pacific Northwest, the Hyatt Regency Seattle. An avid adventurer in her personal time, Boyles has also lived in Japan and spent a year traveling through China, Southeast Asia and Australia.
