Adrian Hauenstein has been appointed Executive Chef at CIRE at Alila Villas Uluwatu in Bali
Alila Villas Uluwatu is delighted to welcome Adrian Hauenstein to the Alila family as Executive Chef.
Hailing from Switzerland, the 35-year-old chef has worked in executive chef and executive sous chef roles in 5 star Hotels, resorts and restaurants around the world, including the Award winning luxury Ayada Maldives, The Shop boutique restaurants Cambodia, S- Hotel Group flagship Santiburi in Koh Samui and, most recently, Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.
For Chef Adrian, the foundation for any type of cuisine can be summed up quite simply: fresh, quality ingredients. This is reflected in the new Mediterranean-inspired menu he has conceptualised and created for the resort's CIRE restaurant.
