Naomi Thompson has been appointed as Director of Guest Experience at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis
New Director of Guest Experience Naomi Thompson is creating events and collaborations to bring people together at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis. Since joining the team in July, Thompson has curated customized itineraries for Hotel guests, established new platforms to showcase local talent and entertained community members and visitors on the city's largest terrace.
A long-time Minnesota resident, Thompson has created and sustained meaningful business relationships in the Twin Cities over the course of her career. Her experience includes sports and television production, media coaching and consulting and hospitality. Prior to joining Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis, Thompson worked at the Hewing Hotel as their director of lifestyle. She lives in Chaska with her husband, two daughters and two dogs.
