Recently recognized by The Washington Post Food Critic Tom Sietsema for its beef tartare that "merits a pedestal" and grilled swordfish with chipotle dressing "that lingers on the tongue and in the mind," Art and Soul is helmed by Chef Danny Chavez, who will work closely with Sarsouri to source premier regional ingredients for its scratch kitchen, and continue its best in class presentation and service standards..

Prior to joining YOTEL Washington DC, Sarsouri served as director of food and beverage at Hilton Alexandria Old Town, where he was responsible for the operations, budgeting, and compliance of the food and beverage department.
