Elena Mogonova has over 12 years of sales experience across the UAE and Russia. Her previous roles include deputy director of sales at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai and Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach. This experience covered long stay, corporate and government sectors as well as groups and events, which puts her in a position to further elevate Marriott Harbour's standing in the market.
