Ufuk Celik has been appointed as Executive Pastry Chef at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa
Ufuk Celik is the hotel's dedicated executive pastry chef and has held the position since the start of the year. He has worked previously with Rotana in Amman in the same capacity, along with Kempinksi Hotels, again as an executive pastry chef.
Already familiar with the region, Celik spent six months as pastry demi chef de partie with Kempinksi in Kuwait, along with seven months with Emirates Palace in the UAE capital in the same role.
