Ashwani Vyas has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Andaz Doha
Ashwani Vyas is director of F&B. This puts Vyas in charge of The Salt Road, Mr. and Mrs. Hawker and Mumble Jungle in addition to overlooking the in-room dining and banqueting facilities.
Vyas has had a long career as a chef. In 2003, he was a chef de partie in the UK before heading to Russia in what would become an 18-year stint in the country. During that time, he held executive chef positions with the likes of Novotel, Pullman and Marriott Hotels, followed by director of F&B roles.
