Marguerite Heap has been appointed as Hotel Manager at The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort
At a young age, Marguerite grew up visiting Mauna Kea Resort (now comprised of Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort) with her family and, like so many of the resort's legacy guests, created many special memories that she shares from generation to generation.
With 20-plus years of Front Office experience, Marguerite joined Mauna Kea Beach Hotel in 2016 as Hotel Assistant Manager. Within a year, she was promoted to Assistant Front Office Manager, and in 2018 she was promoted to Front Office Manager. In July 2022, Marguerite took on a task force role as acting Hotel Manager for The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and displayed exceptional service to the resort's team members and guests. In her new role, Marguerite will oversee the day-to-day operations at The Westin Hapuna, utilizing her diverse professional experience and unwavering commitment to supporting her team and providing quality service to guests and visitors.
