Sébastien Antoine

Sébastien Antoine joined the Accor group in 2013, in a program dedicated to the "school of excellence" brand, which trains the managers of tomorrow in excellence.

In 2014 he was able to evolve in catering under the sun of the Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port then joined the Alsatian capital as catering director of the Sofitel Grande Ile before joining the Pullman Paris Bercy as director of operations.

Always looking for new challenges, it was in 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, that he joined the teams of Pullman, Novotel and Ibis Dakar where he held the position of Deputy General Manager.

He had already marked the spirits of Strasbourg with his Quebec accent and his greedy dynamism of success, he returns today with the most beautiful of missions.
