Aurélie Topor has been appointed Chief People Officer at D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions
D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, a leading hospitality technology provider, announced that Aurélie Topor will join the company as their Chief People Officer, effective immediately.
Aurélie Topor brings with her a unique expertise in helping scale-up companies to transform their culture and organisation. In the past, she co-founded Fly The Nest to help companies increase the commitment and speed of their collective and has accompanied several high-growth companies - such as BackMarket, Content Square, Eptica-Enghouse and more - in their development.
D-EDGE has experienced rapid growth in its workforce over the past year. Therefore, Aurélie Topor will help scale all elements of the company organisation - including culture, organisational design, talent acquisition, and engagement. She will also be instrumental in further strengthening the ESG strategy (Environment, Social and Governance).
Based in Paris and a member of the Executive Committee, Aurélie reports to Pierre-Charles Grob, CEO of D-EDGE.
