Stefan Cirkovic has been appointed as Beverage Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Doha
The Ritz-Carlton Doha has hired from within for its new beverage manager. Stefan Cirkovic previously acted as bar manager for the hotel's B-Lounge and now steps up to handle operations across the entire department.
Following his promotion, he will be responsible for raising the profile of the hotel's beverage options across all of the hotel's bars and restaurants
Passionate about hospitality from a young age, his impressive career includes lecturing on bartending, alongside both competing in and judging cocktail-making competitions. Bringing unique insight to the Buddha-Bar brand's distinctive culture, Cirkovic worked as bar manager on the launch of Buddha-Bar Belgrade, before joining the B-Lounge, Doha team in October 2021.
