Michael Goetz has been appointed as General Manager at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach

Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach has appointed Michael Goetz as general manager. In his new role, Goetz will oversee all aspects of hotel operations and develop strategic plans to further strengthen the hotel's positioning in the JBR market.

Goetz is a graduate of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne in Switzerland. He started his career in F&B. With over 20 years of experience in international hospitality, he has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa and gained extensive operational and commercial experience in resort and city centre locations, having worked for Amari Hotels & Resorts, Mövenpick Hotels and Resorts, and the Radisson Hotel Group.

Previously, Goetz was GM of Radisson Blu Hotel Frankfurt. During his five-year tenure there, he successfully renovated, transformed, and repositioned the hotel in the competitive Frankfurt market.

Michael Goetz is an alumnus of EHL Hospitality Business School – Class of 2002.
