Eyal Goldberger has been appointed as General Manager at David Citadel Hotel
David Citadel Hotel has appointed Eyal Goldberger as the property's new general manager. The 385-room-and-suite five-star hotel is located in the city centre of Jerusalem.
Hailing from Florida, Goldberger brings with him 20 years of experience in managing high-end hotel operations across all departments for both corporate and boutique properties. He joins David Citadel Hotel following years working with the Hyatt, where he worked as regional General Manager overseeing three properties in Miami and south Florida. Prior to his new role, he was the general manager of Hyatt Centric Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale, where he spearheaded the opening of the property.
Goldberger has graduated in Hospitality Management from FIU (Florida International University) and started his career as a front desk manager with the Marriott chain at Stanton South Beach. He then moved into food and beverage, where he developed an enthusiasm for creative activation, concepts and marketing. He also gained extensive experience across hotel departments, including director of operations within Marriott and Starwood Hotels.
Eyal Goldberger is an alumnus of Florida International University – Class of 2003.
