Alessandro Caristo has been appointed as General Manager at Nolinski Venezia
Emmanuel Sauvage, Managing Director and Co-Founder of the Leading French hospitality group, Evok Collection, appoints Alessandro Caristo as General Manager of Nolinski Venezia, which is due to open in Summer 2023. The launch of Nolinski Venice marks the group's primary debut outside of France.
Born into a family of hoteliers, Alessandro Caristo has inherited a passion for hospitality and service, with almost 35 years of experience working in prestigious hotel environments. Having obtained a diploma from the hotel school of Stresa and Milan, he began his career in 4 and 5 star hotels in London, Switzerland and Italy where he gained in-depth knowledge of all sectors of the hospitality industry as well as discovering a passion for languages. Today he is fluent in English, German and French as well as speaking a little Spanish.
After more than a decade alternating between the front office, F&B and Sales, he obtained a Master's degree in Tourism Economics and Management at the Ca' Foscari University in Venice.
Following this he took on management roles in hotels in Italy and Switzerland, in particular as Manager of the Belmond Hotel Cipriani in Venice before joining Evok and the management of Nolinski Venezia. His first mission is to recruit the 140 employees who will make up his team.
