Mohamad Chabchoul has been appointed as Executive Chef at Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai
Grand Millennium Business Bay's long-time chef has moved on to Millennium Airport Hotel Dubai, one of the oldest hotels in the city. Mohamad Chabchoul is now in charge of 12 different dining outlets.
The hotel is home to venues such as Biggles Pub, Cactus Jack's, Da Vinci's, Loumi and more.
Chabchoul was with Grand Millennium Business Bay for over four years, part of its pre-opening team. He has also worked as executive chef for Fauchon Paris in the Middle East, looking after its catering segment and events.
Before that, he was chef de cuisine with IHG's Dubai Festival City cluster. He also worked at Ritz-Carlton DIFC when it first opened, working as a chef de cuisine. Back in 2009, he was a room service chef with Fairmont in Abu Dhabi.
