Ryan Duffy has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Watermark Beach Resort

Hailing from Northern Ontario, Duffy's career began in the hotel industry where he learned about the power of effective team building and leadership. Working in hotels from a young age, he held a variety of roles in food & beverage, sales, marketing, and in leadership.

While his roots were in hospitality, Duffy's career took him into real estate, where he had the opportunity to further hone his skills as an award-winning realtor before joining the management teams as a managing broker and finally as area manager in Central Toronto. During the pandemic, Ryan and his partner took the opportunity to reset and move to the south Okanagan.

With over 25 years of experience in operations, advertising, marketing, and sales under his belt, and serving as the current South Okanagan Chamber of Commerce president, Duffy is well-suited for the sales and marketing director role at Watermark.
