The Ritz-Carlton, Amman is excited to welcome Maurice Zahr as the new General Manager of Roberto's Amman.
Zahr has a decade-long background in the hospitality and restaurant-related industries. He has found his true calling in this area, starting out in Beirut, Lebanon, and now putting his knowledge to work in Jordan. His success is attributed to his management of various luxurious venues in Lebanon, including the vibrant roof-top lounge Iris.
Before accepting his role at Roberto's Amman, Maurice's passion for the industry landed him numerous jobs in the field. His past experiences encompassed working as Restaurant Manager at Kampcatering, Assistant Director of F&B at Smallville Hotel, Beirut, Outlet Manager at the Movenpick Hotel and Restaurant in Beirut, and Outlet Manager at the Park Hyatt Jeddah.
Maurice Zahr is an alumnus of EHL Hospitality Business School .
